        GLOBAL CORPORATE AT THE LANGHAM

         

        This was a highly confidential internal meeting of the senior executives of one of the world’s largest integrated energy and chemicals companies. We were all under non-disclosure agreements.

         

        Our client was a London-based event management company. Working closely with them, we did the whole production including sound, lights, video, set and autocue. The focus of attention was a 5m video wall raised 2m off the ground set flush into a white set.

        A-LISTERS LET THEIR HAIR DOWN

         

      • MAJOR TV AWARDS – AFTER PARTY 

         

        Our client is one of Europe’s leading event production companies. This is a high-profile award ceremony in a major concert hall with over 1,000 guests including A-listers and celebrities.

         

        The ceremony itself is televised and, when it’s over, the guests leave the auditorium and come through for dinner and the after-party. The whole building is cordoned off and public spaces are repurposed for food and entertainment.

         

        We provide all the sound, including a sophisticated system that distributes sound evenly throughout the venue plus a powerful club system for the DJ set. The equipment needs to be discreet but produce powerful and clear sound in a space that is not great acoustically.

        TENNIS COURT BECOMES AN EVENT VENUE

         

      • UNIVERSITY ALUMNI CONFERENCE

         

        This meeting of alumni from an Ivy League university was staged in a converted tennis court at a private residence in the UK.

         

        We provided a 32-channel Brähler conference system, a rear projection screen that was integrated into a facia and four comfort monitors for the delegates. We also installed a sound system with opposing multiple zones so everyone could hear perfectly.

         

        As this was in a tennis court, the acoustics were poor. We provided an acoustic assessment of the space, overcame the challenges and everyone could hear perfectly.
