    Contemporary New Build Luxury House

This ultra-modern house featuring large areas of glass, acres of plastered white walls and stone floors throughout looked like Hollywood but sounded like a squash court.

The owners work from home as voice-over artists and use a converted gym as a studio. This presented a two-way problem. The internal studio acoustics, and it's protection from unwanted domestic noise.

To isolate the studio while maintaining a homely feel, existing doors were fitted with professional seals and interconnecting spaces were treated with acoustic panels.

Treatment in the studio looked minimal but was in fact extensive.
